Cove is the dishwasher brand of the Sub-Zero Group — engineered in the same family as Sub-Zero refrigeration and Wolf cooking equipment, and almost always installed alongside them in Chicago and North Shore luxury kitchens. When a Cove stops draining the night before guests arrive, you want a technician who knows premium built-in dishwashers, not a generalist learning on your machine. SAVA provides independent Cove repair across Chicago, with particular depth in the North Shore communities where most Cove units are installed.
Nearly every Cove we service in Wilmette, Winnetka, Glencoe, and Lincoln Park is panel-ready — faced with custom cabinetry to disappear into the kitchen. Integrated units need careful service access: the cabinet panel, hinges, and adjacent millwork have to be protected while the unit comes out and goes back in flush. Our technicians handle integrated access routinely on Cove, Miele, and Bosch panel-ready units, and we leave the alignment the way the installer intended.

Yes. SAVA repairs Cove dishwashers throughout Chicago and the North Shore — Evanston, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glencoe, Highland Park, Lake Forest, Northbrook, and Glenview, where Cove is commonly installed alongside Sub-Zero and Wolf. We service the DW2450 and all panel-ready configurations.
Only for repairs under an active manufacturer warranty. Out of warranty, an independent technician can legally and effectively repair your Cove. SAVA services Cove drainage systems, wash pumps, spray arms, door seals, and control faults.
The usual causes are a clogged filter or sump, a blocked or improperly looped drain line, an air-gap clog where one is installed, or a failed drain pump. Cove dishwashers also stop mid-cycle if a leak is detected in the base pan. We diagnose the exact cause on the first visit.
Poor wash quality usually traces to clogged spray arm nozzles, a worn or blocked circulation pump, water temperature or fill issues, or detergent and rinse-aid dosing. A single clogged spray manifold can noticeably degrade results on one rack.
Our service fee starts from $79, which includes the diagnostic visit and is credited toward the repair if you proceed. We explain what failed and all options before any work begins.
