Local Homes
Forest Glen is a neighborhood of single-family houses: 82% of its roughly 7,400 homes are detached houses and 88% are owner-occupied, and the typical house was built around 1953 (Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, Community Data Snapshots 2026).
A house from the 1950s has had its furnace and air conditioner replaced more than once, so the equipment we find here ranges from recent high-efficiency systems to units near the end of their service life. We work on gas furnaces, central air and heat pumps from Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Rheem and others, and in the kitchen on built-in and freestanding appliances, from Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador and Viking to regular brands.
