Local Homes
Villa Park has about 8,800 homes, and 77% of them are detached single-family houses. The typical home was built around 1958 and about three in four are owner-occupied (Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, Community Data Snapshots 2026).
In a house of that age the furnace has been replaced more than once, and central air was often added after the house was built, so the two halves of the system can be different ages and even different makes. We service both — gas furnaces, central air and heat pumps from Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Rheem, Goodman, York and others — and repair the appliances in the kitchen and laundry.
