Local Homes
Westchester is a village of owner-occupied houses: 83% of its roughly 7,200 homes are detached single-family houses and 91% are owner-occupied. The typical home was built around 1957 (Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, Community Data Snapshots 2026).
A common setup in a house like this is a gas furnace with a central air conditioner sharing the same ductwork; some homes have a heat pump or a ductless mini-split instead. We service all of these, along with water heaters, and repair kitchen and laundry appliances from high-end and regular brands. When you call, say whether the trouble is with the heat, the cooling or the hot water, and how old the system is if you know.
