Local Homes
Bannockburn is one of the smallest villages we serve — about 270 homes, nearly all of them single-family houses, 97% of them owner-occupied. Homes here are large, with a median of nine or more rooms, and date on average from around 1968 (Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, Community Data Snapshots 2026).
Houses that size often have more than one heating and cooling system, for example a separate furnace and air conditioner for each floor. When you book, tell us how many systems or appliances need attention so enough time is set aside. In the kitchen we repair built-in refrigerators, freezers and wine storage, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops and dishwashers.
