Local Homes
Lombard is one of the larger west suburbs we serve, with about 18,500 homes. Just over half (55%) are detached houses and 28% are in buildings with 20 or more units; 71% are owner-occupied and the typical home was built around 1971 (Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, Community Data Snapshots 2026).
In a house, we service the furnace, central air or heat pump and the appliances. In a condo or apartment building it depends on what belongs to the unit: some units have their own furnace and air conditioner, while in other buildings heating and cooling are shared and handled by management. Tell us which you have when you call. We do not service window, portable or through-the-wall units.
