Common washer problems we fix

• Washer won't spin or agitate. On top-loaders this is usually a lid switch, drive belt, motor coupling, or worn clutch. On front-loaders it's often the door latch or worn drum bearings — we diagnose which component has failed and replace it.
• Washer leaking from the bottom. Stop using the machine immediately. The most common causes are a failed drain pump, cracked hose connection, or a worn tub seal — all of which can damage your floor if left running.
• Washer not draining — standing water in drum. A clogged drain pump filter is the most frequent culprit on front-loaders. We also check the drain pump motor and hose for blockages or failures.
• Washer shaking violently during spin. Usually caused by worn suspension rods (top-loaders), failed shock absorbers (front-loaders), or an out-of-balance load. We identify which component is failing and replace it.
• Washer smells musty or moldy. On front-loaders this almost always means a deteriorated door boot gasket that traps water and mold. We replace the gasket and clean the drum. On top-loaders a drum clean is usually enough.
• Error codes on the display panel. We read the specific fault code, trace it to the underlying component — whether that's the control board, pressure sensor, motor, or wiring harness — and repair the actual failure, not just clear the code.
