Local Homes
Inverness has about 3,000 homes, and 98% of them are owner-occupied. 85% are detached houses and 13% are townhomes; the typical home has about eight rooms and was built around 1984 (Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, Community Data Snapshots 2026).
Houses from the 1980s are commonly on their second or third generation of heating and cooling equipment, and larger floor plans are often split between two systems. Tell us when you book whether one system or more needs attention. In the kitchen we repair built-in and freestanding refrigerators, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops and dishwashers, and in the laundry, washers and dryers.
