A furnace that quits in freezing weather cannot wait for a convenient day. Call the emergency line, describe what the furnace is doing, and we will tell you the earliest we can be there. More on how emergency calls are handled is on the emergency furnace repair page.
No-heat calls usually trace to a furnace that does not come on or one that runs without warming the air. We also repair furnaces that turn on and off repeatedly, bang or squeal, give off a burning smell or drip water.
The same technicians service heat pumps and water heaters.
If we find a failed heat exchanger or an older furnace that has become unreliable, we give you the repair price and the replacement option side by side. Furnace installation is quoted on-site.
⚠️ If you smell gas, do not stay in the house. Go outside, call 911 and your gas utility, and only then call a repair company.
